Changes made for this branch so far:

1. Updated and added the landing page with animations. It is also split into sections with components.
2. Split the navbar and footer sections to be components instead of being hardcoded into app.
3. Added new logo and favicon
4. Added a sign up and sign in page which also uses the clerk authentication.
5. when done creating an account at the sign up page, it automatically redirects you to a temp onboard page.
6. Onboard page is still under construction.
